PROTO PAINTBALL

Proto Paintball is a division of Dye Paintball created in the mid-2000s. Proto Paintball was created to deliver quality paintball products at a lower cost, while everything Dye was their flagship models. The first Proto products were the incredibly popular Proto FS Switch goggle system with a quick change lens frame. A more economical line of paintball pants, jerseys and gloves soon followed.

Proto Paintball began producing paintball markers with the Proto Matrix, a more streamlined and affordable version of the DM series. Other markers followed such as the SLG and the Proto Rail.
